I have just purchased couple of products in travel size, hence cost of order was quite low. Nevertheless, they put in my order a decent amount of samples, including Dr Babor products, which I am really happy to try, as I am usually hesitant about ordering the skin products without trying them first.
I am really disappointed by their customer service. I reported that I have a break-out after using the products however they did not attempt to figure out further if there is any potential resolution. They also do not provide any refund or return.
I love the store and the service!
