The most horrible service I have ever received from a professional stand point. Ms. koko asked for all the money in advance of the event and she sounded nice and professional over the phone but when it came to the day of delivery it was a absolute disaster. I requested at the time of booking to receive my balloons a day ahead of time of the actual event and she agreed. I went in to BaBoBalloons for her fall sip and see. I was greeted as I walked through the door and the owner was very kind as well. It was a great experience and everything was done up nicely. I was able to see what they offered as well as enjoyed a mimosa and fruit for the occasion. I would highly refer people to her business for their needs and would go back myself as well.
