I've never been to a dental office that was so pleasant, professional, and non judgemental! I hadn't been to the dentist in about 3 years. I've received judgement for that before from other offices, but not this one, which is really significant when treating patients who have this type of experience. My hygienist Yvonne was amazing. I highly recommend her if you have sensitive teeth. She was very gentle and conscious of any pain I was in. I previously was a patient at gentle dental and this place is WAY better on all fronts.... read more
You are forced to pay $80 cancellation fee. You need to call 48 hours before! I completely understand, but they just lost 5 patients. I can go to any dentist that won’t charge you that much for a cancellation fee if they charge you at all. Life happens, and I happen to take my 4 kids somewhere else.
