I had a terrible experience. It seems they prioritize running a business there by forcing you to do a 1-hour 'meet & greet' session with the dentist first over providing you basic services like a routine cleaning with an exam as a new patient. Don't waste time with them!
The doctors and hygienists are very professional but the administration is really bad, the front desk doesn’t provide details about the bill and what the insurance is covering they will just tell you how much you have to pay. When I ask information about what or how much the insurance paid for my treatment they won’t provide that information they will tell me that I have to call my insurance for that. since Leno and Babo took over back in January everything has changed. just be aware when you sign the financial consent form.... read more
