Updated: this is a family run business that got behind on orders but once they got caught up I received the boots I ordered. Very fine, custom made boots.

They sold me a $733 pair of boots that were broken when I received them. The counter was separating from the heel. I sent them back to have the issue repaired but they returned them to me without repairing them. After attempting to have a local shoe Smith repair the boots I returned them to Babiones once again and there best offer was to make me a new pair of boots at a $200 dollar discount. Now I'm out $733 and don't even have the broken pair of boots. I doubt I'll do any more "business" with babiones wilson boot emporium.

Did a great job on 3 pairs of boots Full soles new underslung heel and the other 2 pairs lifted the heels to that cowboy underslung look and feel that I like .

I have been wearing wilson boots for 30+ years. They fit a sturrip well, are comfortable walking in, usually last a couple years, and a pair of waxed calves shine up nice for a dress boot. Have probably owned 15 pairs or so. You could not begin to convince me to have a pair made anywhere else.....till now. Paid my deposit on 2 pair last spring about calving time, was told about christmas time, now we are giong on 18 months, have tried over and over this summer calling them and nobody answers or returns a phone call. i ordered boots from them a year ago . i have payed them a $1,000 dollars for boots they will not answer the phone calls i dont know if the boots have been made or if they will fit will not return my call i have not had contact with them in 6 months. dont know if boots are done or if they even made them. so it looks like they got me for $ 1,000 dollars. unless you live close by and are able to walk in and talk to them i would not by from them.
