Worst customer service EVER! If I could ALSO rate this company a zero, I would. I've been hung up on by employees numerous times and then they wouldn't answer my call when I tried to call back. What kind of customer service does that?? HORRIBLE, and I would NOT recommend their services!
I would rate this business at zero if possible. The lady in sales when I originally purchased the headstone was very customer oriented and responsive. However, something seems to have changed for the worst in the last few years. That lady does not appear to be at the business any longer. I have had an issue with the headstone and have been trying for about a year now to get someone to come out and take care of it. After numerous unkept promises, the headstone remains unrepaired.
