I've dealt with Katherine a few times now, and every experience has been great. She's super friendly, knows her stuff, and always takes the time to make sure I get exactly what I need. It's not always easy finding good customer service these days, but Katherine makes the process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate her help — she's definitely someone you want to deal with if you're looking for parts!

They have the best customer service! I broke down on the road, they found the issue which was covered under warranty and got me back on the road within an hour. Great dealership, definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with Babine Truck and Equipment for almost a year now and I have been getting the best service possible from them. They have gone out of their way multiple times to keep my trucks on the road without delays. Great experience with the service department, parts department, and even the mobile service I received in Prince Rupert when one of my Kenworth's broke down out there was top notch. I recommend using Babine at any of their locations.
