I arrived in Smithers with a trailer that was not pulling properly. I was supposed to be going to Prince George and I came all the way from Haida Gwaii. These guys pulled together and got me on the road in no time even though there was a lot to repair. Fast friendly service. Great advice on how to avoid a similar problem in the future as well. I was headed west ,massage appeared on my dash saying water in the fuel so I made it to babaine in smithers and purchased the water fuel separator and fuel fielter and I asked the shop Forman if its possible to replace them for me but he refused to do , I drove to Ken worth down the road and even though they only had one mechanic on the floor they got me in right away and he replaced both feilters In less than 15min and i was on my way, hat off to ken worth and huge thumps down to babaine, PS my truck isnt even ken worth its... read more
