absolutely the best bedside manner and professionalism. Their emergency line actually works - and unlike ANY Terrace vets - they will call back. And when they call back, they care. They went out of their way to schedule an emergency euthanasia when their schedule was already overfilled. That is true integrity and compassion. I get that vets don’t get paid overtime. Place has seriously gone downhill since Covid. Good luck getting someone on the phone. This town needs reliable vet care
