Spoke with a paralegal today about a family members claim that they currently have. When I say she was extremely rude and loud talking over me and kept telling me to let them talk when I was trying to explain hes had brain surgery and he wanted me to ask questions she kept yelling RUDE as hell "Let Me Talk To The Client"!!!
