Toys R Us is Need of Customer Relations Training!!! Your employees should take courses in courtesy and good customer service. As a customer asking if your store carries a item and being told ...."Oh, that is soooooo last year" by the store clerk does not make me want to spend my money there. I was looking for specific item and really didn't care if it was last years or not. How dare you treat customers like that.
Toys R US is OK If you are looking for toys, this store has a good variety. I am not crazy about the layout of the store. I find it difficult to find things. They do run good sales,not only on toys but also on video games. As for the store employees, I have found a few who were nice but also some who were extremely rude. I think this is the best place to shop for toys as they have the widest varieties of toys in the area.
Good Staff and lots of toys in stock! I find the staff very helpful. It is always nice to see plesant workers when you walk into a store. Nice to have a well stocked toy store. . I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.
