Anthony was an absolute joy to work with. He really knows his products. He helped us with picking out the fabric for our new Bassett sectional and it turned out magnificent! What a great experience overall!
Bought a flex-steel leather recliner sofa one year ago. Color coming out of leather and Babettes days there is nothing they can do. Purchased the furniture protection but they say that only covers accidents. So, I guess I need to slash the leather!! Horrible customer service once they get your money.
Magen was our designer at Babettes and she was amazing. Helped us chose numerous pieces of furniture. Courteous and patient as we weren’t sure what we wanted. Highly recommend her as she was the best.
