What a missed opportunity by The Villages store manager Dolph. We spent over $6,000 there and were eyeing items totaling twice that. This is a high end, expensive furniture store and we wanted to swap out a $125 trinket. He said, nope can't do it it's past the 4-day limit. Turns out we were at 8-days. Her patience, incredible talent, and genuine care made all the difference. She didn’t just help us design a home — she listened, advised, and inspired every step of the way. Purchased 2 twin headboards/footboards from Ed Wieland at the Brownwood store...not a big order by any means but I was treated with respect and courtesy as if I were buying so much more! Ed did his follow up, as what I wanted had to be researched, and he got back with me in a very timely manner and the order was placed. Highly recommend Ed and Babettes Furniture at the Brownwood location in The Villages.

We purchased a leather electric recliner and two bar stools and they are the perfect fit for our home. Ashley was very informative and kind to work with. We got the recliner right away and as we were told had to wait on the bar stools. They were worth the wait. Delivery was smooth and on time. We are very please with our purchases.
