When I was there picking up my dog, i watched a man, slap a dog across the face. I yelled at him and was escorted out. I DONT KNOW WHOSE SMALL FURBABY THAT WAS BUT IM HEADED TO THE LOCAL NEWS STATION TO PROTECT OTHER ANIMALS FROM THIS CRUEL PLACE.
