I'd been waiting for weeks to join the classes. Finally made it in, and boy did I have a great time!!! I got a full body workout and did it while having fun. The workout sneaks up on you, so modify if you must. Everone was so nice and welcoming and can't wait for my work schedule to ease up so that I may start attending regularly. Fingers crossed that my schedule allows me to attend tomorrow's class. Can't wait to get back in there!

Such a fun way to burn some calories and have a great time doing it!! The dances are easy to follow along, and Karrie is such a fun and inviting instructor!!
