I’ve been to multiple classes at Babes and it has been an amazing experience and workout from every class. Everyone from instructors to fellow students in the classes have been super nice and welcoming. It’s a great community here and I feel so safe and welcomed to workout here.
I joined a community hike and am so grateful for this community. Everyone was so welcoming and Cat provided a warm up and encouragement along the way. I will definitely be back!
I LOVE this place. Every single trainer is so warm and welcoming. They work with you and where you’re at in your fitness journey. I’ve done Burn babes, Strong babes (my most challenging lol), Mat Pilates, and the mobility + breathwork classes. Each class challenges you in a different way. It’s also woman owned and all women gym. The ladies who show up and workout are amazing, supportive, and welcoming. I 100% recommend Babes of wellness. As a beginner in my wellness journey, Babes of Wellness is a super welcoming and positive space to work out! The environment is so supportive of each other!! My favorite class has been Strong Babes & Burn Babes with Alexa Tapia because she makes class so fun and welcoming! By taking her classes, she has helped my wellness goals finally feel achievable! After every class with Alexa, I feel motivated and encouraged to continue challenging myself and showing up for myself!! Highly recommend!!
