Ordered flowers… flowers never came… voice mailbox is full for days … one one has returned a call or bothered to keep me updated about when/ if flowers are expected. I’m very disappointed. If you spend $100.00 on flowers you’d at least think you’d get a call back😳

I thought my order was messed up and never got delivered. They were willing to arrange for another order to be sent. Come to find out, the original order was delivered properly. There was some confusion on the receiving end because I had been told by a middle man that a substitution had to be made. Not. The order was right and they were willing to help make sure it was right. Good people. Thank you! Also note that they deliver to Black Mountain Veterans Cemetery.
