Got a message Isaac was on his way. He covered his feet and we went down to water heater. He looked, evaluated, explained, and showed me prices. Everything in about 15 minutes. No doubt we needed new one so $98 visit waved. Couple hours later everything was done. New water heater and everything updated to meet code. Isaac cleaned everything up, put everything back, explained the heating system and told us they would be contacting Center Point so we would receive a $250.00 rebate. I called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The job could not be completed that day so they arranged to be here the next morning and showed up just as scheduled and did the job as requested. He cleaned up any mess. We were happy with the results that day. Had to call them back the next day because there was water on the floor under the boiler and the air was not released from the pipes and was very loud when we turned up the furnace.
