Babe Plumbing replaced our water heater recently and it was the best experience! The website is absolutely the easiest to use, lots of good information provided, as well as a link to financing. The lady who answered the phone was super nice, very knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us! She answered all questions with respect and explained everything in detail. Called Babes needed an assist with a toilet issue. Again Dana answered our call. Curt was sent out and took care of all our needs. Very helpful, quick couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Babe. Didn’t have to pay more because Stella our lab was ready to help.
Top notch customer service! We had a second issue come up the same day and they came back and took care of it immediately! Isaac was awesome! He knew I was stressed out and did an excellent job of explaining everything that was going on. I would highly recommend going with them!
Weston did a great job
We had Bo come out and replace our water heater. He did a great job of explaining things and worked with us to get this best option. He was also quick to install and go over things after he was finished. We will be using them again!
