Bought our water heater from them in Dec 2025, had a good experience, but it seems they are no longer in business! Website is down and no one is answering/returning calls.

Bo & John did an outstanding job. They were incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!! Follow-up: At the time of installation there was one thing they didn’t have time to do. They said they would come back to finish at a later date. Since then I have texted (no response), called (mailbox is always full) and emailed (my response was “invalid”). I have been conned. I am extremely angry and disappointed.

I recently discovered that an outdoor spigot they installed (freeze proof) was installed incorrectly and the pipe leading to it broke. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over a week now, but all calls go straight to a full voicemail box and their online scheduling is giving an error. Is Babe Plumbing still in business?
