Pauline is very rude and very entitled, and very lucky I haven’t seen her. She has two maintenance employees a white male and white female who enter units that have recently been served for eviction, to take out electronics to pawn. Pauline says this is allowed because the unit was served for eviction. Police department says complex’s have their own policies, but entering units after hours to take out electronics, and emptying the unit during business hours is two different things. Lawsuit coming sooon.

I was out looking at apartments. When I walked in, I was acknowledged by Pauline. I had questions and she was very informative. If you want the best absolute best customer service, and someone who can make you feel comfortable, ask for Pauline!! You will not regret it.

I have lived here since May 31, 2019. I love my home and the staff are always friendly, accommodating and quick to address problems. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable explain repairs in detail when needed. I feel appreciated and well taken care of when repair needs arise. Thanks to all at Babcock North Phase 1 Fourplex.
