I highly recommend Babcock Home Watch. We closed on our home at the end of May last year. We knew no one. We needed to go back to our previous location for an extended period of time and needed someone to watch our house. I think it was divine intervention that led us to David and his Home Watch team. David explained he was a retired police officer, living in BCR with his family and reinvented himself seeing a need for reliable home watching by starting up this business. Babcock Home Watch does an excellent job taking care of our home when we are away. Every detail is addressed and they are very comfortable with personalizing our additional requests as well.
Babcock Homewatch is the best. David, Roy and team are fixing everything is needed or kindly requested by us. Once we had water on the floors from a “spontaneously” broken water bottle. Our AC system is carefully checked for good performance each time. The pool with all pump and heating system are checked and often highlighted to us if there is something wrong.
