You share a very small bathroom even if you have a single. (They don’t advertise this on housing) The walls are super thin and there’s a homeless man always sitting underneath the parking structure. When it rains your room will be flooded btw because there’s a crack under your door (where bugs and other creatures can come in and out of) and the flooring are the same as school carpeting.
