My friend was visiting from Mexico when his Suzuki Swift began having mechanical issues. We called Babcock Automotive around 5:30 p.m. on a Friday and spoke with Jeff. We explained that the vehicle was from Mexico and that my friend needed to make a 13-hour drive back home. Jeff was honest about the potential difficulty of finding parts for a foreign-market vehicle, but he still asked us to bring the car in first thing the next morning so they could inspect it. I had a great experience with Babcock Automotive. My car ac was not working and I had taken to the dealership two times and they kept saying it is fine and nothing is wrong, but it would only work one day. The staff kept working on my car until they found what was wrong and kept me updated. I was able to get my car back that same day. Staff is friendly and professional. Ill go back again if I have any problems.
