I came in for an oil change and a diagnostic check. The staff was professional, helpful, and explained everything clearly. They took the time to check my car and let me know what the issue was without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. I appreciate the honesty and good customer service. I would definitely come back again.
Very helpful with my part
These guys are great!! I needed some work done on my car and no other shop would touch it because it was "to hard". Danny and the guys are Babcock got the work done. I ended up having them fix everything on my car. If you need an honest, good mechanic who still believes in taking care of their customers and not turning a quick buck, I recommend Babcock Automotive.
