Andres is the best person... such a warm person and so helpful
As a new resident at the 401 building, my experience so far has been excellent. From day one, Andres and Will have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Andres even helped me with heavy packages—something he didn’t have to do, but did with a great attitude. Their support has made settling in smooth, and the overall resident experience has been genuinely welcoming and positive.
Mia is incredibly responsible, always on top of things, and handles every request or issue with care and efficiency at Blvd collection 475/465. Beyond her professionalism, Mia is genuinely kind and approachable, making me feel welcomed and valued. No matter the situation, she is always patient and willing to help, which has made a real difference in my experience living here.
