CLOSED! DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked 4 months ago and they took our money, but when we showed up today for our reservation some men in a truck rudely told us the place was closed and it was private property so we had to leave. Expedia couldn't refund us because Babbling Brook charged us directly. So we've been defrauded our money and had to try and find a place elsewhere on Memorial Day weekend. Absolute nightmare.

I stayed here last week and it was so beautiful all the plants and the trees the beautiful stream running right under this cute little bridge it looked like something out of a fairy tale! When I first arrived no one was in the office but myke was super helpful and extremely polite he led us to our room and said to call if we needed anything! The room was so cute and I loved the fireplace it warmed us up so quickly. The shower gets so hot I felt extreme replenishment. DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself the headache, this place is nasty. If I could rate zero stars, I would. First, the photos online DO NOT match what the hotel looks like. There’s no pretty furniture, picture frames, no breakfast. Their website is a lie. Management is terrible, unprofessional, looks like they could be homeless or drug addicts, smoking cigarettes right in front of the office door. Fair warning if you book through Expedia. I arrived at the location at 8pm. Check in counter was closed and had to call a number written on the door. When I called, they said they were overbooked by Expedia and didn't have a room available for us. They said they tried to get in touch via Expedia but who knows. So we were turned away at the doorstep. Getting the refund through Expedia was cumbersome because they would not receive Expedia's phone calls or reply to their support email. I'd book with caution.
