The easiest, no-stress car buying experience we’ve ever had! Danny was INCREDIBLE! We knew the exact pre-owned vehicle we were looking for, and looked at several in the Phoenix area. We could’ve had our pick from any number of Ford dealerships in the valley, but the customer service was non-existent, and the prices didn’t compare. Went to Babbitt Ford early to look at a used Ford Expeditionon July 2nd. I had contacted General Manager Ryan Chan and he said he would meet me there at 8am. While walking around the salesman approached and stated that Ryan had asked him to help us. His name was Nate Pennington. He showed us the used Ford Expedition which was very nice and he also showed us a new Platinum Expedition, which of course I loved. No presurre was put on us to buy either vehicle.
