Very helpful, friendly staff, promp service
Vehicle prices are on high side. The finance department does pre fills out the contract. They do not explain each document one on one with you. All car deal ship I done business with, they took the time explain interest rates, warranties and even explain what options is best for me. I think ford Babbitt ford dealership is desperate. They not the best options for customers.
The service department was awful. I arrived early for my 3:00pm service appointment, it was an oil change and multipoint inspection. They didnt know that I even had an appointment. The manager stepped out and found the form on one of the services wrighters desk and she checked me in. I came back an hour and 45 minutes later and my truck had not even been moved. I asked them to check my passenger tire when they did the inspection and scan for codes since i had one in my fordpass app and apparently since i asked then to look a... read more
Brayden Sorenson went above and beyond for a hard to find part for my 2014 ford explorer.....he was diligent in his efforts and they payed off wonderfully......good job Braydon!!!!👍👍👍👍
