This lawyer robbed my wife for $2500 while knowingly that she could not win the case. And then bribed my wife into relinquishing her rights over to DSS with her own money that my wife paid her. Paid her 5000 and then she bribed her with 2500 of it. Saying there was nothing she could do for the case. Don't get this lady. She robbed my wife and we lost our kids. Please. Dss came into my life in 2016. They did a safety plan and I refused a drug screen. Which I should have done. So when I retained Babbs the first thing I did was a hair follicle and a urine screen which were both negative. But dss stayed in my life for a year and a half checking on my home and my children monthly. Which shouldn't have happened. But Babbs was there throughout the whole thing. If there was a means of providing less stars I would. She was and still is appointed the case pro bono. She charges $300.00 or more per hour. To date the most work that has been done.....a staff member texted and asking for the street address. The address was listed above the number that she texted and asking for the address. If you are paying for the services you are being over charged......if you are a pro bono court assigned case you get what you pay for. Very highly over rated
