Start to finish, a great experience! Communication before the work and the crew who picked up and delivered were both excellent. Our rug hadn’t been cleaned in waaayyyy too long, and the backing was coming loose. They did a beautiful job, and had it delivered as promised. Absolutely would use them again.
I wish I had a before picture but the after speaks for it's self, super clean! They did a great job cleaning two of my silk/wool rug. Highly recommended
Babash Rugs/Reza did a wonderful job for me on resizing a runner. They had to cut 3 feet off it, and I honestly couldn't tell where they'd made the cut; it was that invisible to the eye. On top of that, they're all just fantastic people and honest to boot with really fair pricing. You can't go wrong with them. I'm bringing a very expensive silk rug to them for resizing next, as I wasn't about to entrust that piece to anyone but the best!
Babash Rug Services took my beautiful second-hand rug and made it feel like new! They were extremely communicative and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
