Lovely, reliable, congenial, capable family-owned business with workers who seem also to be happy and carry themselves with dignity. Superb work and helpful advice and reasonable prices for this level of excellence. Rug cleaning is expensive, so it is a relief to find a place that you can be sure gives you your money’s worth in services provided. Very grateful. We had a water damaged old rug and they made it look good as new! Happy we went with the full service clean, it turned out great.
I had new fringes replaced on my silk rug and the job was actually perfect. Ali was warm and kind. A good experience. Would recommend.
These people did a GREAT job!! My 3 rugs came out like new!!! Absolutely amazing!! Both mom and son (sorry can’t remember their names) were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Excellent service and worth every penny.
