After having an appointment scheduled several months out, this doctor cancelled my appointment 5 days prior to the appointment date. I scheduled with them because they are in-network, and because this doctor seemed like a good fit after researching online. Their reasoning for cancelling was because my primary care is not in their system, and because I don’t have a referral, and because they are selective on testosterone treatment. Super dismissive of any concerns when my levels came back low a week later they still hadn't even been looked at and when i asked for explanation all he said was well its not a disease so you’re fine
