First time ever working with BAB Auto. Oscar is so honest, reliable, and just a good guy. Highly recommend. I live all the way east side san jose and went bc my sister recommended him. I will continue driving all the way to San Carlos for BAB Auto.
Oscar was really pleasant to talk to. Did a great job of explaining the scope of the work and gave me an overview of what might be a wrong. Very reasonable rates and very prompt.
The owner Oscar is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I sent my car for repair and the owner has been consistently missing his promised timelines without giving any reason why. No direct communication whatsoever. Talking to Oscar has been the worst thing ever. Zero progress has been done for several days and Oscar can't give any reason or what has been going on.
