Terrible service walk in for X-ray lights went out understandable and was told to call in when lights came back. Called at 3:40 lights had been back 30 minutes lady that answers the phone had no honest respond to nothing and gave me the run around but made sure I know last apt was at 4:30 so they were not gonna see me that day. Called next day to be seen and sat waiting for 1 hour while everyone walked in and out. When matter addresses with them about not being called they stated you will be seen mam. Their phone service was down and there was no notice outside regarding the lunch hour. I slowly made my way inside with crutches and sat down in the dark lobby. I was told that they were closed during lunch and that they had forgotten to lock the lobby doors. It was only a few minutes before 1 pm, but I still had to exit. Instead of waiting outside, I chose to drive to Weslaco's Texas Healthcare Imaging Center where they stay open during the lunch hour.
