Every single week that my husband does get to get his weeks worth of Suboxone, it's a two hour process. It shouldn't take this long. He constantly has to call them to ask them to send the script to his pharmacy because they didn't do it when he saw the doctor. Some better communication is definitely needed. When someone has a job, taking two hours out of the day for something that should be quick is ridiculous.

I spent over 4 years with them I never mis payment never mis counseling accept 04/1/2025 and due to taping down and that because i lose my medicate and I can’t pay them $95 a week I never fight or do any problem to them always so nice to them. Today 05/09/2025 today I come to pick for my last 27 day since i’m taping down 1 mg per day and because this coast in picture did not do her job right and she remove my 1 week from my last 27 day and she change it from 1 mg per day to 1 mg per month.
