I'm so disappointed to have to change my review from a 5-star to a 1-star. For three days straight, I have tried to contact Baan Thai to modify my reservation, calling and leaving messages, and even using the booking app, but I haven't heard back. After all of my attempts, I finally called again today, completely frustrated, and LEFT ANOTHER VOICEMAIL asking to cancel my booking and receive a callback. Makes sense why it is so highly rated. Price was fair, people were friendly and professional. Place is welcoming and clean. The masseuses were perfect. Definitely one of the best massages my wife and I have had. Very relaxing and stretched us out nicely. They occasionally asked us about the pressure and how we were doing which we appreciated. We would love to come back next time were in the area.
