DO NOT VISIT. Baan Thai used to be excellent at their old location… unfortunately, that quality is completely gone. Do not waste your money here. For over two months I have been calling and emailing to obtain a private health rebate receipt. On the day of our massage, staff failed to include the masseur’s provider number, making the receipt unusable. I had a very disappointing massage experience here. The therapist entered the room and started the massage without first checking in or asking which areas I wanted to focus on. I then clarified that I wanted my lower back to be the main focus, but this wasn’t followed. Instead, much of the session was spent on my legs, even when I indicated discomfort.
