Been doing my taxes with Marsha at BAAM TAX now for 3 years. She’s very good at what she does and takes care of her clients. People have to remember that during tax season it can get very busy and hectic. If you’re patient, you’ll definitely be happy with her service and return =)
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I tried to do my taxes with Marsha and, after promising me that she will submit them, completely ignored me. I gave her ALL of my information regarding my taxes and went through the entire process with her just for her to ignore me last minute. After checking the IRS website I realized she never filed them at all! I have tried multiple attempts to contact her through text and email without any avail (pictures posted below.)
