To be fair I've had no dealings with this specific Baak site but I have with the parent company in France. To describe themselves as "French craftsmen" is a joke. I ordered the "Classic Rear Mudguard" for my motorcycle and found the quality and design to be sub-par, especially for what they charge. In addition their customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced in an online company.
