To be fair I've had no dealings with this specific Baak site but I have with the parent company in France. To describe themselves as "French craftsmen" is a joke. I ordered the "Classic Rear Mudguard" for my motorcycle and found the quality and design to be sub-par, especially for what they charge. In addition their customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced in an online company. Their representative Jules Kairet was particularly rude and unresponsive regarding another order, requiring me to file a charge dis... read more
