Do not buy from Baack’s. Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid $110 for these to look terrible and arrive the day after Mother’s Day when the delivery date was sent for that day. No one called me. I called the evening of Mother’s Day, and they told me the flowers would make it that night or the next morning. They got there around 5:30 PM on Monday. Do not rely on this shop to deliver flowers on mother's day. Couldn't be with my mother on mother's day (out of town), so I wanted to send some flowers. Ordered them to be delivered on mother's day, only for them to not show up until the day after. The company made no attempt to communicate to me that the flowers would be arriving late. If I'd known they couldn't deliver, I would have made other arrangements or found a competent flower shop. I placed an order with Baack’s Florist for flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day. I told the lady at the counter that I wanted carnations with greenery. The total was $110 and my mom got exactly that: 20 carnations with 6 leaves of greenery in a cheap clear vase with no ribbon or anything. I am extremely disappointed and I just called to talk to a manager who told me that I got exactly what I asked for and I didn’t ask for a ribbon. Ordered flowers for senior day at McMurry. Order was placed by phone call and had 2 different conversations about order and when to pick up. Arrived and no order ready. They “RUSHED” to put something together and it showed! Been better to buy flowers from a red light homeless person! The two ladies had no idea what a wrap was.
