Don’t place an online order! Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday like I usually do from Baacks after getting a reminder email 2 days before her birthday, got a confirmation email and everything seemed good. However they never delivered the flowers and didn’t call me to let me know. When I called they said they didn’t have the flower I ordered in stock.
