Brian was absolutely awesome to take in our truck with little notice, test drive and diagnosis and offer a first try solution which worked out perfectly and now our truck is back to running good as new. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for good honest service! Thanks B&A!!
Brians shop is by far the best shop i have dealt with to date. He is very knowledgeable and honest; he was informative and kind and we felt very confident leaving our transmission rebuild with him. Called during my lunch break to ask about booking an appointment to install a torque converter. I was immediately told they “can’t book me in” due to having too much work, even though I never asked for an immediate appointment and would have been willing to wait. Seconds later they asked what vehicle I had. As soon as I said it was a Lexus, they replied “yup, definitely not doing that” and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service.
