Called during my lunch break to ask about booking an appointment to install a torque converter. I was immediately told they “can’t book me in” due to having too much work, even though I never asked for an immediate appointment and would have been willing to wait. Seconds later they asked what vehicle I had. As soon as I said it was a Lexus, they replied “yup, definitely not doing that” and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service.

While traveling through Port Alberni, we ran into some clutch issues with our vehicle. Together with their team, we were able to go through a detailed and clear diagnosis — open, honest, and hands-on.
