Please re-train your management regarding service animals. The way I was treated by the manager today was absolutely unacceptable. I discriminated against and kicked out because of my service animal. This is a complete lack of professionalism and a clear violation of ADA law.
Visited on a weekend, but thankfully it wasn’t too crowded and we were able to get a table right away. We ordered pho, wonton, and duck rice, the food was good and satisfying. I also enjoyed sitting outside. However, the service was below average. The server didn’t seem very welcoming, no smile, and the way he communicated felt like we were bothering him rather than being guests. Our only interactions were taking our order and checking us out. Good food, but the service could definitely use some improvement.
