5 years after having our roof done we had a inspection done when we were selling. Found out where the turbine was installed, there was no hole cut into the attic and we had mold since there was no ventilation and had to take a reduced price when it was sold. Contacted the company numerous times and they were not concerned at all. Very shady! Do not pay cash as they will pretend to not know you!
