Filling a prescription shouldn’t be difficult, but with big chains like Rite Aid and CVS, I’ve constantly experienced delays and mix-ups. In contrast, B&A Pharmacy has been exceptional. The entire staff is extremely kind and helpful. Brian, the pharmacist, has gone above and beyond for me multiple times—especially with my medications that were hard to find due to shortages. The phlebotomist that attended us had no manners, she rudely grabbed the testing papers from my hand. She made us wait and attended the people that came after us. Not a professional place.
