I had my VW Golf sent to B&A for repairs after it was damaged by a third party, and I have to say the whole experience was impressive from start to finish. To the ladies at reception—sorry I dont remember your names—thank you for your professionalism and for keeping me consistently informed throughout the process. Had a wonderful experience with B&A Auto, can’t recommend Jo enough. After having a not at fault accident she helped advocating with APIA on my claim after I had been getting the run around. All the works and hire car was organised for me with no fuss at all, works on my car are well completed and ahead of schedule. Will definitely return to B&A for any future works.
