Ba Mien is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! Definitely my favorite in New Orleans proper. The food is always amazing and it’s neither “elevated” nor toned down to appeal to the masses. Everyone is so friendly too! Great service, deeeelicious food, and reasonable prices.
