These guys do great work! I used B&A multiple times during my renovation for things that required work beyond my capabilities or my time capacity - this would include reparing an entry door from the attached garage that had never been right my whole life (I grew up in the house). Finally, someone who was able to cut out the origianl garage foundation and perfectly fit a standard size door that closed properly and sealed during the winter! New front doors were purchased and installed in August of 2018. They have never worked properly from the beginning. Sometimes they will lock. Sometimes they won't. They get stuck in the unlocked position even though you "locked" them for the night. Sometimes the locking pins come out on their own as you exit and keep the door from closing behind you. I went into being a class here in Rock Falls to get glass for a window the guy told us that would be 2 to 3 days and it's been a week I called them back to see if it was done she said that they were all working on a bigger project right now and I haven't heard from
