Had an appointment for a color consult since I did not know what to book, and after a week of messaging Jessica on all platforms, I had received no response. I showed up today for my appointment and had trouble finding the place so I called the number listed on their website 3 times. No answer. Ended up finding the place 20 minutes later. MADE AN APPT, paid half, and they weren't even there. Doors locked, no notification that they weren't there. People waiting outside for their appointments. Drove all the way there for nothing. Waste of time, very inconsiderate.
It’s an amazing fresh, upscale, beautifully decorated and very friendly hair salon! The owner Jess is the best hairdresser I have seen and I am very happy to get my hair done by her! Please try BuaEast and you won’t be sorry!
