Bait and switch. Sign in window claims $34.99 oil change. (Pic attached) But I was charged $50 because I have 6 cylinder car. That should have been mentioned up front. I also got my tires rotated. The bill came to $90 (he didn’t want to show me the itemization, just told me the total, and even then only verbally explained) however when I pulled out my credit card I was told there would be a fee.
