Would love to give a 5 star review but the customer service is very disappointing, in fact it doesn't even exist. In the app it says you can pause your account instead of canceling it, to contact them to do so. So I emailed them, received no response. I used their text message method and received a generic response followed by no more responses to my request. Called them and was directed to the text message, that once again never responded. Ended up having to cancel instead of just pausing for one week.
The set up is good. I think that your monthly fee should @ $15-20 just like your competitors. A bit pricey @$35
