Amazing place absolutely adore the staff and place here
Let’s start with the Elote en Vaso. Roasted corn, lime, creama, cotija cheese & cilantro add the extra salt. I was ready for every bite this Elote had to offer until the first bite. It was extremely salty which made it inedible in my opinion. Unfortunately for $5 after tax was not worth it. Even after drinking, my taste buds were still in full effect. Stopped in after a little Omaha day trip. Got to meet Aaron and have some great brews. Great little spot and happy to see the spot is thriving in a vibrant community. We will be back the next time we’re in Omaha.
You have to check this place out if you haven't yet. Great service and expertise. I am not a beer drinker but my husband is and Josh was great at explaining the different beers. Even just hearing more about the process was so neat to hear and you can tell how passionate he and his family is about creating quality and great tasting beers. My husband really loved Elipsed by the Moon. We also loved the surprise kitty just as we were about to head out for the night. Awesome Benson spot where they make you feel like old friends!
The beer here is fantastic. When I order a pilsner, I'm generally disappointed, but not here. The pilsner here is how it's supposed to taste and that's hard to find these days.
