I had to cancel my baby shower due to Covid that I already paid $500 dollars for, I was given the option to reschedule, and I tried to do that but I called and left her plenty of messages and text messages and she never responded to any of them so I had to find another venue almost 2 weeks before my shower. The last thing she told me was she was getting another venue and she would tell me where the new location was and never did. Very bad business practices.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. I had to cancel my event due to covid and Brenda would not give me my deposit back. I never signed or saw a contract stating that it was non refundable, she never told me it was non refundable until I reached out to her to cancel. She told me she had other people ahead of me to refund and she would give me back my deposit just call back in a month. Called back a month later she said the same thing to call back. Spacious and clean👍
If I could leave no star, I would. The lack of professionalism and communication is digesting. There is no structure on how the “business” is conducted. Don’t believe a word that comes out of Brenda mouth. There are no policies or regulation to review unless you pay a deposit FIRST. Which depending on her mood could be between $150 and $300. Please plan your party else where, because B4, B unprofessional.
