Trying to get contact with B4 Blinds for 2 months, received 1 call back Christmas eve, I was out of town. Calling and leaving messages to no response, finally decided to go to showroom only to find it closed and no longer there. I have a broken device and it needs to be replaced. Not very happy.....
The same story here. The sunscreens they installed always blow off the ground by the wind. They were willing to replace the damaged ones on the first year. Never responses back on the second year.
