This place is a joke. Worst customer service of any doctors office I have ever been to- never answer the phone, never return calls, don’t follow up on sending prescriptions, etc.
Couldn't make it without them.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for many many year's. He is fantastic and very knowledgeable for my condition. Although there is a lot of turnover at the front desk, Nikki by far is the most professional, Kind and always respectful. She knows me by name, and that means a lot to me. I'm very Thankful for Dr. Ramirez for helping me. I look forward to seeing Nikki because she has that personality that makes me feel at home. Highly recommend.
