DR. EDGAR RAMIREZ IS THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL. On the other hand the staff and substitute doctors are a real mess. Its not just the last minute referrals that weren't approved on the day of my procedure, it's not just the medication that was supposed to be called in over a week ago, it's not just the obvious lack of commitment to the patients, it's also the fact that at 11am no one is at lunch but the phone will not be answered. This place is a joke. Worst customer service of any doctors office I have ever been to- never answer the phone, never return calls, don’t follow up on sending prescriptions, etc.
