Never completed the water test, unable to get a refund. I spoke with the owner multiple times, first they went to the wrong house. Then after inquiring, they supposedly went to the right house, but after multiple requests I still haven't received the results. This has been going on for 3 weeks, as of today, still no results, no refund and they have stopped responding. I made the mistake of paying with Zelle. I would recommend making sure services are completed before making any payment to this company.
