Kristen and her staff are seriously such a JOY - they always have smiles on their faces and are so personable!! It’s incredible the knowledge Kristen has of the body’s anatomy and how everything works together and how much love, time and care she puts into each procedure; she is gentle and so lovely to work with!! I leave each appointment feeling like a completely new woman physically!! Thank you, Kristen, for being so incredible at what you do!!

Kristen is my go to for massages and helps me recover from both my sports injuries and when I suffer bouts of my body reminding me of my age! She pays attention to where I am feeling discomfort, asks questions and does some investigation so that she can tailor the session to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment!
